January 2015 Sold Report by Zip Code

For January, all of the following zip codes had increases in number of homes sold January 1^st-31^st 2015 over number of homes sold January 1^st-31^st 2014: 28403, 28405, 28409, 28411, 28412, 28443, 28428 and 28449. Wrightsville Beach (28480) remained the same with only 1 sale comparing the two identical January time periods. Only, the 28451 and the 28401 zip codes had slight decreases in number of homes sold. Overall, January showed great improvement in number of homes sold as well as average sales prices increasing in 6 of the 11 zip codes reported.
